The Tour Rome by Night will take you on an enchanting route encompassing all historical periods from Imperial Rome to Modern Rome. You will depart from Piazza San Bernardo aboard one of our luxury coaches, and go across Via Veneto, Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese before arriving at the famous Trevi Fountain; here, a stop will be made to enable you to appreciate the fountain in all its splendour. After driving along Via Quattro Fontane, with its Quattro Stagioni fountains, the route will descend towards Piazza Venezia, seat of the famous ‘Altar of the Fatherland’ or Monument to Victor Emmanuel II. The tour will also pass by the Campidoglio, Imperial Forums,
Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Tiber Island and Viale
Trastevere. Rising towards the Gianicolo Hill, you may also witness
the breathtaking view from the Gianicolo Terrace.
The return journey passes through St Peter’s Square
and Castel Sant’Angelo. |
